The Corcoran Story
Corcoran Heating and Air Conditioning was created by an eager Tom Corcoran back in 1983. He started out like most in the industry learning in the field and making mistakes. Tom learned early on that he wanted to start his own company and make a difference in this industry. With a truck and a goal Tom started by making a difference in his own neighborhood and expanded it to the commercial field as well.
This company has always been able to solve problems on a wide variety of situations. His customers, most of who know him from the beginning have seen his dedication to solving their problems or situations. Through the good times and the bad Tom has continued to focus on his knowledge and abilities. This dedication can be seen in all aspects of his work. Anyone who has ever meet Tom can attest to his passion. By continuing to learn from experiences in the field and in the class room we have developed a family company with an expert advantage.
Today Corcoran heating is 10 people strong, and continuing in our pursuit for better indoor and outdoor environments. With three different Corcoran’s on staff you will be able to interact with one on a multitude of levels. Tom and John are here to drive the business into the future on the ideals of performance based contracting with heavy influence on engineering. We pledge to not guess on performance with your dollars, but show you exactly what it takes to make you safe, comfortable, and keep money in your pocket.
Brenda
Brenda is the "Go to Person" for fast action service that you can depend on for all your heating and air conditioning needs. As an integral part of our customer service team, she will not only provide you with helpful information but be happy to schedule your appointment, as well. Tom is involved in the quality control of every aspect of your project. From installation to annual maintenance Tom oversees that everything is done up to his standards. With over 33 years of experience he has seen and solved the most complex problems out there.

John will design the right system to meet your comfort needs. John has grown up in the company and been around since the beginning. He has an understanding of what is needed when it comes to designing the right system for your home or business. Certified in residential or commercial test & balance means not only can he design the right system but he can be sure it is delivering as promised.
